SeedLab wiki

Your worlds and seeds

Open, rename, reset or delete a SeedLab world. Learn how personal copies and world slots work before making changes.

Your own copy of a seed

A prepared seed is a starting template. Creating a personal world gives you a separate copy with your own progress. Other players can choose the same seed without sharing your builds.

The generation version matters when comparing a world with a seed video or screenshot. Check that version as well as the seed number.

Open and manage worlds

Open /worlds and select a world. Its menu shows the actions you can use, including entering, renaming and inviting friends. Let a load, save or restore finish before starting another action.

World slots

Each saved personal world takes one slot. The default starting allowance is two, and permanent slot purchases can increase it. Your current allowance is shown in-game.

Resetting or deleting a world

Reset starts the selected world again from a fresh template and resets that copy's changes and inventory state. Delete removes the world and its homes. Check the world name carefully before confirming either action.

To go back to an older save, use the recovery options described in saving and backups. Creating an additional copy uses another slot.
