I cannot join
Copy the address from the SeedLab server page. Bedrock needs its port in a separate field. Check your client version and multiplayer account settings. If Add Server is missing, check the options supported by your device.
My world is still preparing
Open Generation Status and check the queue and progress. SeedLab transfers you when the world is ready. Creating more copies adds requests to the queue.
A command or option is missing
Look in /help or the relevant menu. Some tools depend on your rank, unlocked extras or world ownership. Teleport requests need both players to be in the same active world session. Voting and shop options appear when enabled.
My inventory or homes look different
Check that you opened the right world with the right account. Each personal world has its own saved progress. A reset or checkpoint restore changes that saved state, and expired home extras can leave some homes inactive.
Report a problem
- Open
/feedback. - Explain what you selected and what happened.
- Include the world name, your edition and the approximate time.
- Check the text and submit it.
Your feedback goes privately to the server team. Account passwords and recovery details are not needed.
